Great Southwest Regional Center, LLC was incorporated on October 26, 2010 to operate as a Regional Center under the EB-5 Investor Visa Program. USCIS designated the Regional Center on May 9, 2012.
The Regional Center was initially approved for home healthcare service enterprises in Harris County, Texas. On February 2, 2015, USCIS approved an amendment adding 67 Texas counties and the industry category Support Activities for Oil and Gas Operations (NAICS 213112).
Great Southwest Regional Center also acts as a service-agent organization for investors and companies pursuing projects under the EB-5 framework.

Robert Frost
Mr. Frost has held sales and management positions across the computer, market research and pharmaceutical industries. He founded Principal Performance Group, Inc. in 1997 and developed expertise related to ERISA medical bill review and audit work.

In 2010, Mr. Frost and his brother Kenneth founded Great Southwest Regional Center, LLC, which received USCIS credentials as a Designated Regional Center in 2012. He served for nine years on the Board of Directors of the West Texas A&M University Foundation and is its past President. He currently serves as Chairman Emeritus of the Combat Helicopter Pilots Association. Mr. Frost is a decorated combat veteran who served as a helicopter pilot in Vietnam and was awarded the Bronze Star. He graduated from West Texas State University and later earned an MBA in Business Management from the University of Dallas.

Mr. Frost became a licensed Registered Representative with Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. in 1984 and has more than 30 years of financial services industry experience, including senior positions with major brokerage firms.

His background includes work with international, institutional and high-net-worth clients, including senior roles with Legg Mason, Bank of America and Paine Webber, as well as experience in retirement planning and international investing. He attended The University of Texas Arlington, El Centro College and The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business.
